1. Chemicals must be stored in special warehouses, special sites or special storage tanks. Hazardous chemicals that constitute major hazard sources must be stored separately in special warehouses and storage tanks.

2. According to the types of dangerous chemicals and features, set up monitoring in warehouse, ventilation, air-conditioning, fire prevention, prevent paint, explosion-proof, pressure, gas, disinfection, neutralization, moistureproof, lightning protection, anti-static, anti-corrosion, leakage, levees and other safety facilities, and maintained in accordance with the relevant national standards and regulations, to ensure the safety requirements. The storage place should be equipped with ventilation and alarm devices, which should be used normally under any circumstances.

3. The special warehouse for chemical products shall meet the requirements of national safety and fire protection standards, and shall be marked clearly. The storage facilities of special warehouses for hazardous chemicals shall be regularly monitored.

4. Items with different taboos and fire fighting methods should not be mixed, and must be stored separately in different rooms and warehouses. The names, nature and fire fighting methods of stored items should be marked in conspicuous places.

5. Chemical products in stock should be stacked separately. Each pile shall cover an area of no more than 100m2, the pile spacing shall not be less than 1m, the pile wall spacing shall not be less than 0.5m, the pile column spacing shall not be less than 0.3m, and the main channel width shall not be less than 2m.

6. The storehouse for storing oxidant, flammable liquid, flammable solid and highly toxic articles shall be on the ground that is easy to wash and not easy to burn. The storehouse with fireproof flowers shall be on the ground that does not spark.
